Verify your ECFMG certification before applying
DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services requires board eligibility or board certification for Psychiatrist roles. Confirm your ECFMG certification and state licensure are active before submitting applications, since delays in credentialing stall the H-1B filing timeline significantly.
Target locations with active open roles
DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services posts Psychiatrist openings across multiple states. Apply to locations where postings have been live longest, as those sites are typically closest to initiating a sponsorship filing with USCIS rather than still building a candidate pool.
Address telehealth and in-person flexibility upfront
DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services operates both telehealth and in-person Psychiatrist positions. Clarify your work authorization and worksite address early, since H-1B and TN petitions require a specific worksite location on the Labor Condition Application filed with DOL.
Ask explicitly about TN eligibility if you qualify
Canadian and Mexican Psychiatrists may qualify for TN status, which skips the H-1B lottery entirely. Confirm with the hiring team whether DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services has experience filing TN documentation, since the process differs substantially from H-1B petitions.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Psychiatrist roles
Searching broadly across job boards makes it hard to identify which postings are genuinely open to visa sponsorship. Use Migrate Mate to filter DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services Psychiatrist roles by visa type so you only spend time on positions that match your authorization status.
Align your offer letter timeline with H-1B cap deadlines
If you need a cap-subject H-1B, USCIS registration opens in March for an October 1 start date. Secure your offer letter from DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services by February so your employer can register you before the window closes.

Does DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services sponsor H-1B visas for Psychiatrists?
Yes, DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services sponsors H-1B visas for Psychiatrist roles. Psychiatry qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS criteria, which is the foundational requirement for H-1B eligibility. Because the company operates across multiple states, confirm the specific worksite location when you receive an offer, as each site requires its own Labor Condition Application filed with DOL before the H-1B petition can proceed.
How do I apply for Psychiatrist jobs at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services?
You can find and apply to Psychiatrist openings at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm H-1B, OPT, or TN eligibility before applying. When you apply, clearly state your current visa status and authorization needs. Having your ECFMG certification, state license, and DEA registration documentation ready accelerates credentialing and the subsequent sponsorship filing process.
Which visa types does DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services support for Psychiatrist roles?
DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services sponsors H-1B visas and supports F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for Psychiatrist positions, along with TN status for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals. Psychiatry is explicitly listed as a qualifying profession under TN, making it a practical alternative for those who want to avoid the H-1B lottery. Each visa type has distinct documentation requirements, so clarify which pathway applies to your situation early in the hiring process.
What qualifications does DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services expect for Psychiatrist positions?
DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services typically requires an MD or DO degree, successful completion of a psychiatry residency, and active state licensure or demonstrated board eligibility. ECFMG certification is required for international medical graduates. Experience in outpatient or community mental health settings is relevant given the company's service model. Some roles may also require or prefer board certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Psychiatrist role at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services?
For H-1B sponsorship, the DOL must certify the Labor Condition Application before USCIS can process the petition, which typically adds two to four weeks to the front end. Standard USCIS H-1B processing runs three to six months, though premium processing can shorten adjudication to around 15 business days. TN status for Canadian nationals can be obtained at the border on the same day with complete documentation, making it substantially faster.
