Verify Your Credentials Meet State Licensing Requirements
Before applying, confirm your nursing license is recognized in the state where DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services is hiring. Foreign-educated nurses often need CGFNS certification or a credential evaluation to satisfy state board requirements before an employer can move forward.
Target Locations With Active Nursing Openings
DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services posts Nursing roles across multiple locations. Focus your applications on sites with the most active listings, since hiring volume at a specific facility is a strong indicator of where sponsorship conversations are most likely to happen.
Clarify Sponsorship Scope During Early Conversations
Ask the recruiter directly which visa types the facility is prepared to file for your specific role. H-1B, TN, and OPT extensions each have different employer obligations, and confirming this before an offer saves time if their process only covers certain categories.
Align Your OPT or CPT Timeline With Their Hiring Cycle
If you're on F-1 status, map your OPT or CPT authorization window against their onboarding timeline. Healthcare employers like DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services often have longer credentialing and background check processes, so a 90-day buffer is a realistic minimum to plan around.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Nursing Roles With Sponsorship History
Search for Nursing openings at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services on Migrate Mate, which filters jobs by verified sponsorship activity. This helps you prioritize roles where the employer has already demonstrated willingness to file, rather than guessing from a generic job board.
Prepare for USCIS Specialty Occupation Documentation Early
For H-1B petitions, your employer needs to establish that the Nursing role qualifies as a specialty occupation. Gather your degree transcripts, licensure documentation, and any clinical specialization records ahead of the offer stage so the petition package is ready when USCIS requires it.

Find Nursing at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services sponsor H-1B visas for Nursings?
Yes, DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services has a history of sponsoring H-1B visas for Nursing roles. Because H-1B requires demonstrating the position qualifies as a specialty occupation, having a relevant nursing degree and active state licensure strengthens the petition. Confirm with the recruiter which specific roles at your target location are eligible for H-1B filing, as this can vary by facility and clinical setting.
Which visa types does DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services commonly use for Nursing roles?
DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas for Nursing positions. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nurses who hold a qualifying nursing credential. OPT and CPT are common entry points for F-1 graduates transitioning into clinical roles. The right visa type depends on your nationality, degree status, and the specific position being offered.
What qualifications and experience does DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services expect for Nursing roles?
Most Nursing positions at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services require an active RN or LPN license in the relevant state, along with a nursing degree from an accredited program. Foreign-educated nurses are typically expected to have completed a CGFNS credential evaluation or equivalent. Clinical experience in home health, therapy support, or outpatient care settings aligns well with the company's service model.
How do I apply for Nursing jobs at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services?
You can browse and apply for Nursing roles at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services directly through Migrate Mate, which lists open positions filtered by visa sponsorship availability. Once you identify a relevant opening, apply through the listing and follow up with the recruiter to confirm sponsorship eligibility for your visa type before the offer stage.
How do I plan my timeline if DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services is sponsoring my H-1B?
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed in April for an October 1 start date, so work backwards from that window when negotiating your offer. If you're on OPT, a timely Cap-Gap extension through USCIS protects your work authorization during the gap. Healthcare onboarding, background checks, and state licensure verification can each take weeks, so building in extra lead time before your petition deadline is essential.
