Verify your clinical credentials before applying
Healthcare roles at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services typically require state licensure or certification relevant to your therapy discipline. Confirm your credentials are active and transferable to the state where the position is based before submitting an application.
Ask about the H-1B filing process early
During the offer stage, ask HR directly whether they work with an immigration attorney and what the internal timeline looks like for H-1B filing. Specialty occupation classification for therapy roles requires documentation of degree-specific requirements, so confirm the employer is prepared for that.
Research open Healthcare positions on Migrate Mate
Browse DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services' Healthcare job listings on Migrate Mate to filter by visa type and identify roles aligned with your sponsorship eligibility before reaching out to the company.
Understand TN eligibility for therapy occupations
Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN status in certain therapy roles. Check the USMCA TN occupation list against your specific job title, since not all Healthcare disciplines are covered and misclassification can delay your start date.
Prepare a specialty occupation documentation package
For H-1B sponsorship, work with your employer's immigration attorney to build a strong specialty occupation argument. Gather transcripts, licensure documents, and a detailed job description that ties your degree field directly to the therapy role's core duties.

Does DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services sponsor H-1B visas for Healthcares?
Yes, DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services has sponsored H-1B visas for Healthcare roles. Therapy positions generally qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS standards, provided the role requires a specific bachelor's degree or higher. You'll want to confirm with HR that the specific position you're applying for has been approved for sponsorship before accepting an offer.
How do I apply for Healthcare jobs at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services?
You can browse and apply for Healthcare roles at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services through Migrate Mate, which lists their open positions filtered by visa sponsorship type. When applying, include your visa status and work authorization timeline in your initial outreach so the hiring team can assess sponsorship feasibility early in the process.
Which visa types does DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services commonly use for Healthcare roles?
DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services has sponsored H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas for Healthcare positions. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates, while H-1B is the standard long-term option. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying therapy occupations under the USMCA.
What qualifications are expected for Healthcare roles at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services?
Most Healthcare positions require a degree in a specific therapy discipline, such as occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech-language pathology, along with active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the position's location. For H-1B purposes, USCIS will evaluate whether the degree field directly corresponds to the duties of the role, so a closely matched credential matters.
How do I navigate the sponsorship timeline for a Healthcare role at DNA Comprehensive Therapy Services?
If you're on F-1 OPT, your employer needs to initiate H-1B registration during the annual USCIS lottery window in March for an October 1 start date. That means an offer ideally needs to be in place by late February. If you miss the lottery cycle, a cap-exempt employer arrangement or TN status, if applicable, can serve as a bridge while you wait for the next filing season.
