Job Roles at Gelber Group Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Gelber Group Visa Sponsorship USA
Target quantitative and technology roles
Gelber Group's sponsorship activity is concentrated in roles that blend financial expertise with technical skills. Positions in quantitative research, software engineering, and algorithmic trading are your strongest entry points for visa sponsorship consideration.
Highlight H-1B-eligible credentials early
Gelber Group sponsors H-1B visas, so leading with a relevant bachelor's or advanced degree in finance, computer science, or mathematics signals you meet the specialty occupation threshold they're hiring for.
Research the firm's trading strategies before applying
Gelber Group operates in proprietary trading, not traditional asset management. Demonstrating familiarity with market-making, options strategies, or systematic trading in your application signals genuine fit and reduces perceived sponsorship risk for a specialized employer.
Filter for verified sponsors when job searching
Proprietary trading firms don't always advertise sponsorship willingness clearly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your search on firms like Gelber Group that have a documented track record.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Gelber Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Gelber Group sponsors H-1B visas. It has an active sponsorship track record across technical and quantitative roles. If you're on OPT or approaching the end of your authorized work period, Gelber Group is worth targeting early in your job search given its history of supporting international hires through the H-1B process.
Which visa types does Gelber Group sponsor?
Gelber Group sponsors H-1B visas for specialty occupation workers and has supported Green Card applications through EB-2 and EB-3 categories. It also sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, making it accessible to international students. This range of visa types suggests a firm that engages with international talent at multiple career stages.
Which roles at Gelber Group are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Gelber Group is most common in technically demanding roles, quantitative researchers, software engineers, and trading technology specialists are the strongest candidates. As a proprietary trading firm, Gelber competes for niche talent that often requires international recruitment, which drives sponsorship in these areas over generalist business roles.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Gelber Group?
Migrate Mate lists open positions at verified sponsoring employers, including Gelber Group, so you can browse roles filtered by sponsorship history rather than guessing. Because proprietary trading firms post roles infrequently and often outside mainstream channels, using a platform built around verified sponsor data gives you a meaningful edge in finding and tracking opportunities.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored by Gelber Group?
Start with roles where your technical background aligns directly with Gelber Group's quantitative and trading focus. If you're an F-1 student, OPT is a practical way to get your foot in the door before H-1B sponsorship becomes relevant. Demonstrating measurable impact in a previous trading, research, or engineering role matters more here than in traditional finance settings.
