Target technical and engineering roles first
DXP Enterprises' core business in industrial distribution means its sponsored roles tend to cluster in engineering, technical sales, and supply chain operations. Focus your applications on positions where a specialized degree is clearly required, not preferred.
Position yourself around supply chain and industrial expertise
DXP's sponsorship activity reflects its distribution and wholesale focus. Candidates who can demonstrate domain knowledge in industrial products, MRO supply, or integrated supply solutions are stronger fits for roles that historically attract sponsorship support.
Look for roles with a clear specialty occupation argument
H-1B approval depends on the role qualifying as a specialty occupation. At a distribution company, roles in engineering, IT, and finance tend to meet the bar more cleanly than generalist positions, prioritize those when targeting DXP.
Use Migrate Mate to filter for verified sponsorship history
Before applying, confirm DXP's current open roles and sponsorship activity. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving time spent applying to roles that won't support your visa situation.

Find DXP Enterprises JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does DXP Enterprises sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, DXP Enterprises sponsors H-1B visas. The company has a track record of H-1B filings, primarily for technical and engineering roles tied to its industrial distribution operations. Sponsorship is selective rather than broad, so candidates in roles with a clear specialty occupation argument, engineering, IT, or finance, are the strongest fit.
What visa types does DXP Enterprises sponsor?
DXP Enterprises sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, and Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3. This range means candidates at various stages of their immigration journey, from students on OPT to professionals seeking permanent residence, may find a viable path through DXP.
Which departments or roles at DXP Enterprises are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Given DXP's focus on industrial distribution and supply chain, sponsored roles most commonly sit in engineering, technical sales, IT, and operations. Positions that require a specific bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field are the most defensible for H-1B specialty occupation classification. Generalist or administrative roles are less likely to attract sponsorship support.
What is the typical sponsorship and hiring timeline at DXP Enterprises?
Timeline depends on the visa type. OPT and CPT candidates can start relatively quickly once hired. H-1B sponsorship for new hires is tied to the annual April lottery, with an October 1 start date if selected. Green Card sponsorship through PERM is a longer process, typically one to three years, and usually begins after you've established tenure with the company.
How do I find open roles at DXP Enterprises that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to search specifically for roles where sponsorship has been documented, not just listed as a possibility. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors and lets you filter by company and visa type, so you can confirm DXP's current openings alongside its real sponsorship history before investing time in an application.
