INTRODUCTION
Customer Service, Technical is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer business through effective implementation and/or support of Cardinal Health's products and services.
Product Support/Repair-Field and Depot is responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, diagnosing, analyzing and/or repairing products.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and analyze technical issues within laboratory equipment.
- Oversee the validation of laboratory equipment and the implementation of new testing protocols.
- Utilize EP Evaluator software to generate comprehensive performance reports.
- Facilitate customer training sessions on laboratory equipment operation and daily maintenance.
- Conduct periodic client site visits to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage FSL (Field Service Logistics) documentation and maintain accurate electronic records.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in medical Technologist is required.
- A minimum of 2 years previous experience is required; lab equipment validation is highly preferred.
- Strong technical orientation and experience supporting proprietary and standard applications. Have the ability to troubleshoot problems in a logical manner.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at a time, prioritize as necessary so that all clients receive the highest level of customer service.
- Microsoft Office Knowledge Intermediate Level is required for this role (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
- Must have clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Must demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge in software and computer equipment configuration is preferred.
- Availability to travel within Puerto Rico territory a 100% of the time is required. Availability to travel to USVI, as assigned.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish verbal and written is required.
- Active Puerto Rico Driver License is required for this role.
