ROLE OVERVIEW
Seeking an experienced web professional with strong expertise in WordPress website management and migration to support large-scale web modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to migrate websites from legacy platforms while ensuring accessibility, functionality, and seamless user experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of experience building, managing, and migrating WordPress websites
- Experience with website migration planning and execution
- Knowledge of forms, workflows, search, events, integrations, and plugin solutions
- Strong understanding of WCAG/accessibility standards
- Ability to identify and resolve accessibility issues during migrations
- Experience working with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
- Documentation, reporting, and migration tracking experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage intake and tracking process for website migrations
- Coordinate with customers and technical teams for migration planning
- Support migration readiness assessments and prioritization
- Collaborate with CampusPress vendors and OIT hosting teams
- Ensure successful site transitions and maintain documentation/reporting
