We are currently looking for an Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Lead to join our team. This is a remote and permanent/FTE role only, that can sit anywhere in the US with the expectation to travel to customer sites when needed.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Oracle CX Incentive Compensation implementations across business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Design and configure compensation plans, rules, and formulas within Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC).
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage end-to-end compensation cycle including plan setup, crediting, calculation, reporting, and pay out.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor compensation effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and system performance through rigorous testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
