Job Roles at Accesso Partners
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Accesso Partners Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles aligned with EB-2 and EB-3 pathways
Accesso Partners sponsors through EB-2 and EB-3, which suit professionals with degrees and skilled tradespeople respectively. Focus your application on roles where your education or experience clearly aligns with one of these pathways to strengthen your case.
Understand the PERM labor certification process
Most Green Card sponsorships at Accesso Partners begin with PERM, where the employer demonstrates no qualified U.S. workers are available. Knowing this process helps you set realistic expectations and respond confidently if an employer asks about your Green Card timeline.
Highlight real estate and construction credentials upfront
Accesso Partners operates in construction and real estate, so candidates with certifications, licenses, or project management experience in those sectors are more competitive. Lead with industry-specific qualifications in your resume and cover letter to signal immediate fit.
Raise sponsorship early in your conversations
Bringing up Green Card sponsorship during initial outreach or interviews signals transparency. Accesso Partners has sponsored candidates before, so a direct, informed conversation about your immigration needs is far more effective than waiting until an offer is on the table.
Search verified sponsors before applying broadly
Not every company that claims to sponsor actually does. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your energy on companies like Accesso Partners with a confirmed track record of Green Card filings.
Prepare for a multi-year timeline
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 typically takes several years from PERM filing to approval, depending on your country of birth and priority date. Going into conversations with Accesso Partners with a clear understanding of this timeline shows professionalism and long-term commitment.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Accesso Partners sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Accesso Partners sponsors Green Card visas for qualifying employees. The company has filed Green Card petitions through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based preference categories, which cover professionals with advanced degrees and skilled workers respectively. Sponsorship is typically tied to specific roles within its construction and real estate operations rather than offered company-wide.
Which roles at Accesso Partners are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Roles in asset management, property management, construction project oversight, and finance functions within Accesso Partners's real estate portfolio are the most likely candidates for Green Card sponsorship. Positions requiring specialized knowledge or advanced degrees tend to qualify under EB-2, while skilled roles in construction operations may align with the EB-3 pathway.
How do I navigate the Green Card application process at Accesso Partners?
The process typically begins with PERM labor certification, where Accesso Partners must demonstrate through a formal recruitment process that no qualified U.S. workers are available for the role. Once PERM is approved, the company files an immigrant petition on your behalf. After approval and visa availability, you can apply for adjustment of status or consular processing to receive your Green Card.
How long does Green Card sponsorship take at Accesso Partners?
The timeline depends primarily on your country of birth and the visa category. For most nationalities outside India and China, EB-3 and EB-2 cases can move through in roughly two to four years once PERM is filed. Indian and Chinese nationals face significantly longer waits due to per-country backlogs. Starting early and discussing timing openly with Accesso Partners is the most practical approach.
How do I find and apply for Green Card jobs at Accesso Partners?
Start by identifying open roles at Accesso Partners that match your background in real estate, construction, or related fields. Migrate Mate lists verified Green Card sponsors and filters by company, so you can confirm Accesso Partners's sponsorship history before applying. When you reach the interview stage, be direct about your Green Card needs and your timeline so both sides can assess fit early.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Accesso Partners?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
