Job Roles at Corteva Agriscience
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Corteva Agriscience Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Understand the PERM labor certification process
Green Card sponsorship at Corteva begins with PERM, where the company must document that no qualified U.S. worker was available. Expect a multi-step process involving job postings, recruitment records, and Department of Labor review before your petition is filed.
Ask about sponsorship during the offer stage
Corteva's recruiting teams handle immigration questions at the offer stage, not during early interviews. Once you have an offer in hand, ask HR directly whether the role qualifies for Green Card sponsorship and what their typical timeline looks like.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified sponsorship roles
Not every Corteva job listing mentions Green Card sponsorship explicitly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your applications on roles where Corteva has actually supported permanent residence.
Highlight your specialized scientific credentials
Corteva files most Green Cards under EB-2 and EB-3 categories, which require demonstrating specialized qualifications. Emphasize advanced degrees, publications, patents, or deep domain expertise in agriculture or life sciences to strengthen your case from the start.
Plan for a multi-year process and maintain valid status
Green Card timelines at science and research employers like Corteva span several years from PERM filing to approval. Keeping your H-1B or other nonimmigrant status current throughout is critical, so coordinate renewal timing carefully with Corteva's immigration team.

Does Corteva Agriscience sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Corteva Agriscience sponsors Green Card visas for eligible employees in specialized scientific, research, and engineering roles. Sponsorship is typically initiated after a period of employment, and Corteva works with immigration counsel to guide employees through the PERM labor certification and petition process.
Which roles and departments at Corteva Agriscience are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Corteva is most common in research and development, crop science, agronomy, bioinformatics, and engineering functions. Roles requiring advanced degrees in plant biology, chemistry, data science, or agricultural sciences are the strongest candidates, as they align with the specialty occupation and advanced degree requirements for EB-2 and EB-3 categories.
How does the Green Card application process work at Corteva Agriscience?
Corteva initiates the process through PERM labor certification, where the company documents recruitment efforts and confirms no qualified U.S. worker was displaced. After PERM approval, Corteva files an I-140 immigrant petition on your behalf. Once that is approved, you either adjust status in the U.S. or complete consular processing abroad, depending on your situation.
How long does the Green Card process take at Corteva Agriscience?
The timeline depends on your country of birth and visa category. PERM labor certification alone can take a year or more, and I-140 processing adds additional time. For applicants from high-demand countries like India, visa backlogs in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories can extend the overall wait significantly beyond the petition approval itself.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Corteva Agriscience?
Start by searching for Corteva Agriscience roles that match your scientific background, then verify sponsorship history before applying. Migrate Mate lists companies with confirmed Green Card sponsorship activity, so you can identify Corteva openings where permanent residence support is a realistic outcome rather than guessing from the job description alone.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Corteva Agriscience?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
