We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maintenance Branch Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our maintenance, pool and irrigation clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Utilize Aspire Business Management Software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve client interactions and service delivery.
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service quality.
- Manage our irrigation, lighting, and pool maintenance and service schedule and lead with a mantra of no surprises.
- Manage new client onboarding process ensuring a great experience for the client and setting both them and the team up for success.
- Provide support and task management throughout the annual renewal process.
- Proactively manage and identify process improvement initiatives through our customer satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer service or client services.
- Proficiency with Aspire or any ERP and general computer skills.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
- Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus.
- Excellent typing skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
