A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LAWN CARE SPECIALIST
Your primary responsibility is to be the face of our company in the field. You aren't just performing manual labor; you are managing a route and transforming landscapes across our service area. You will typically work 10-hour days, 4 days per week (with variations due to weather and customer needs). While most of the world is stuck behind a desk, your "office" changes daily. You'll navigate to residential and commercial properties, where you'll complete precision lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, and mosquito control. You take pride in the "before and after," knowing that your work on a lawn and landscape directly enhances a customer's home and their pride in their property.
You are more than a technician; you are a consultant and a problem-solver. Because you work in a high-visibility role, you are the first person a customer sees when they have a question about their landscape. You use our provided training to assess lawn health and landscape needs, building a level of rapport that makes our customers feel like they have a "pro in the family." Whether you're explaining the benefits of aeration or discussing tree care, your ability to communicate clearly and kindly ensures our clients are happy, informed, and confident in the services you provide.
Adaptability is the heartbeat of this role. You are a specialist who moves with the seasons, ensuring our customers' properties are cared for year-round. When winter hits, you pivot to snow removal, ensuring our customers stay safe and mobile. This is a licensed specialist position, meaning you get to do the high-impact work of beautifying properties with the immediate need for state pesticide certifications.
Your most important responsibility is your own development. We don't expect you to walk in the door knowing the difference between species of turfgrass or the nuances of aeration timing - we expect you to be hungry to learn. You are part of a team that values "learning by doing." Whether you have previous experience as a general laborer, construction worker, landscaper, groundskeeper, or lawn mower, you bring a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to be coached. You are excited to grow your skills alongside a company that is excited to invest in your future.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Motivated with a desire to learn
Not sure if you're qualified? Relax! No lawn care or landscape experience is required, and we provide paid training! Are you passionate about working outdoors and helping people? If so, you could be perfect for this lawn and landscape position!

Job Roles at Naturescape Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Naturescape Visa Sponsorship USA
Target seasonal and grounds maintenance roles
Naturescape's sponsorship activity is concentrated in outdoor and property services work. Focus your applications on landscaping, grounds crew, and maintenance positions, where the company has a demonstrated pattern of sponsoring international workers through its primary visa programs.
Understand the H-2B seasonal visa pathway
Naturescape uses the H-2B visa for temporary non-agricultural workers, which suits seasonal property services demand. Research peak hiring cycles in your region and prepare to apply well in advance, as H-2B positions are filled on a fixed-cap seasonal basis.
Explore Green Card sponsorship as a long-term path
Naturescape has sponsored permanent residency for workers through EB-2 and EB-3 categories, making it a viable long-term option. If you're seeking a route to permanent status in the facilities and property services sector, Naturescape's Green Card track record is worth considering.
Apply early in the hiring cycle
Property services companies like Naturescape ramp up hiring before peak seasons. Getting your application in early improves your chances of being considered before roles are filled, especially for H-2B positions where the employer must complete labor certification steps before sponsoring.
Highlight physical trade skills and outdoor experience
Naturescape hires for hands-on roles requiring landscaping, equipment operation, or grounds maintenance skills. Emphasize relevant certifications, physical labor experience, and any prior work in commercial or residential property services to stand out as a practical, ready-to-deploy candidate.
Use Migrate Mate to track verified openings
Naturescape's sponsored roles aren't always easy to find through general searches. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find current Naturescape openings without guessing which postings are actually open to visa candidates.

Does Naturescape sponsor H-1B visas?
Naturescape does not have a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas. The company's sponsorship activity is focused on H-2B temporary work visas and Green Cards through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based immigrant categories. Job seekers who require H-1B sponsorship should explore other employers in more knowledge-intensive industries.
What visa types does Naturescape sponsor?
Naturescape sponsors H-2B visas for temporary non-agricultural workers and supports permanent residency through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories. The H-2B pathway suits seasonal or cyclical property services roles, while EB-3 is typically used for skilled and unskilled worker positions, making it a realistic route to permanent status for long-term employees.
Which roles at Naturescape are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Naturescape is concentrated in facilities and property services positions, particularly landscaping, grounds maintenance, and outdoor labor roles. These are the job categories that align with the H-2B and EB-3 programs the company actively uses. Corporate or office-based positions are unlikely to be sponsored given the company's sponsorship profile.
How do I find currently open sponsored jobs at Naturescape?
The most reliable way is to search Migrate Mate, which aggregates verified sponsoring employers and surfaces open roles with confirmed sponsorship history. Naturescape's job postings for H-2B and Green Card-eligible positions can be filtered directly, saving you from applying to roles that won't support your visa situation.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored by Naturescape?
Apply early, before peak seasons begin, since H-2B positions require the employer to complete Department of Labor certification steps before sponsoring. Make sure your resume reflects hands-on outdoor or facilities experience, relevant equipment skills, and any prior work in commercial property services. Demonstrating reliability and physical trade competency is central to how Naturescape evaluates candidates for sponsored roles.
