How to Get Visa Sponsorship in New York Technology Partners Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with specialty occupation criteria
New York Technology Partners operates in Technology and Software, where H-1B specialty occupation requirements are well-established. Focus your applications on roles with clear degree requirements in computer science, engineering, or IT, these are the positions most likely to receive sponsorship.
Prioritize client placements in tech-heavy industries
As a staffing firm, New York Technology Partners places candidates with client employers. Understanding that the sponsoring entity is the staffing firm, not the end client, is important when evaluating your application and any offer you receive.
Track open roles that match your skills on Migrate Mate
Staffing firms post roles frequently but fill them fast. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and act quickly when a matching role appears, rather than finding out too late the position was already filled.
If you're pursuing a Green Card, ask about the EB timeline early
New York Technology Partners has an active track record sponsoring both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards. If long-term permanent residency is your goal, raise it during early conversations, staffing firms that sponsor Green Cards typically start PERM early for the right candidates.

Does New York Technology Partners sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, New York Technology Partners sponsors H-1B visas and has done so consistently. As a technology staffing firm, H-1B sponsorship is central to how the company sources and retains talent. Roles in software development, IT, and engineering are the most common fits. Because the company operates as a staffing firm, the H-1B petition is filed by New York Technology Partners, not the end client where you're placed.
What visa types does New York Technology Partners sponsor?
New York Technology Partners sponsors a range of visa types, including H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT for work authorization, and supports Green Card applications through EB-2 and EB-3 categories. This breadth makes it a strong option for international candidates at different stages of their immigration journey, whether they're starting on OPT or working toward permanent residency.
Which roles at New York Technology Partners are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at New York Technology Partners is concentrated in technology and software roles, particularly positions that meet H-1B specialty occupation standards. Software engineers, developers, IT consultants, and systems analysts are among the profiles the company regularly sponsors. Roles where a specific technical degree is a genuine requirement, not just preferred, are the strongest candidates for sponsorship approval.
How do I apply for a job at New York Technology Partners if I need visa sponsorship?
Start by identifying open roles that match your technical background, then be upfront about your visa status in your application or initial recruiter conversation. Since New York Technology Partners is a staffing firm, recruiters manage candidate pipelines for multiple client engagements simultaneously. Using Migrate Mate to browse verified sponsoring employers lets you confirm sponsorship eligibility before applying, saving time on roles that won't move forward.
How do I know if New York Technology Partners is a reliable long-term sponsor?
New York Technology Partners has a demonstrated history of sponsoring both temporary work visas and permanent residency petitions, which signals genuine long-term sponsorship commitment, not just short-term OPT extensions. For candidates concerned about stability, the company's Green Card sponsorship track record through EB-2 and EB-3 is a meaningful indicator that it invests in retaining international employees beyond initial visa approval.
