ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Marketing Manager, UGC, you will play a critical role in driving awareness, adoption, and growth of Pocket FM’s UGC business vertical in the U.S. This role sits within the U.S. Brand Marketing organization and is responsible for designing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives that strengthen Pocket FM’s position as both:
- A premium destination for creators and storytellers
- A leading entertainment platform for consumers discovering UGC content
You will lead the development of bespoke marketing campaigns that attract and onboard creators, while simultaneously driving consumer awareness and engagement with UGC shows. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong strategic thinking, creative storytelling ability, and hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate closely with content, business, creative, and growth marketing teams to build scalable GTM plans and deliver measurable business impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns supporting Pocket FM’s UGC vertical
- Design scalable campaign frameworks that drive creator acquisition, consumer awareness, and engagement growth
- Develop compelling creator-facing narratives highlighting monetization, reach, career growth, and IP opportunities
- Own creator-focused messaging across landing pages, email, social, advertising, and platform touchpoints
- Partner with creator advocates, influencers, and ecosystem partners to expand reach and visibility
- Support creator growth initiatives such as contests, challenges, and incentive-driven campaigns
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including acquisition funnels, conversion rates, retention, and activation signals
- Use performance insights to refine targeting strategies, messaging, and onboarding experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, and operations teams to improve creator onboarding and engagement
- Act as an internal champion for creator needs, market trends, and audience behavior
ABOUT YOU
- 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, or integrated campaign strategy
- Proven ability to design and execute high-impact marketing initiatives end-to-end
- Strong storytelling, positioning, and copywriting skills
- Deep understanding of creator ecosystems, serialized storytelling platforms, or digital content businesses
- Familiarity with creator discovery and engagement dynamics across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit
- Data-driven mindset with comfort interpreting KPIs, funnels, and growth signals
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Bias for action with an experimentation-oriented approach
