Job Roles at KORE Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in KORE Visa Sponsorship USA
Target technical roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation requirements
KORE sponsors H-1B visas, which require a specialty occupation tied to a specific degree. Focus your application on engineering, software, or technical positions where your academic background directly matches the role's core responsibilities.
Lead with your visa status early in the process
Technology companies like KORE often screen for sponsorship requirements before interviews progress. Being upfront about your H-1B needs saves time and signals professionalism, helping recruiters loop in HR and legal early to assess feasibility.
Understand KORE's focus before applying
KORE operates in the connected technology and IoT space. Roles tied to their core platform, network infrastructure, or data analytics are strong fits for H-1B sponsorship. Research their product lines so your application speaks directly to their technical priorities.
Apply well ahead of the H-1B cap season
H-1B cap registrations open in March for an October 1 start. If KORE needs to sponsor you through the lottery, timing matters. Beginning conversations in late fall or early winter gives both sides enough runway to prepare a strong petition.
Look for roles where KORE has sponsored before
Departments with a history of sponsorship are more likely to navigate the process smoothly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify where KORE has actively supported international hires.
Highlight skills that are hard to source domestically
Employers sponsor H-1B visas when they can't find qualified U.S. workers. If you have specialized expertise in IoT, network management software, or connectivity platforms, make that clear in your application materials. Specificity strengthens the business case for sponsorship.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does KORE sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, KORE sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles in its technology and software operations. The H-1B is the primary visa type KORE uses to hire international talent, and the company has maintained a consistent sponsorship track record. Roles that qualify as specialty occupations, particularly in engineering and software development, are the strongest candidates for H-1B support.
What types of roles at KORE are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
KORE's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical and software-focused positions. Roles in software engineering, platform development, data analytics, and network infrastructure align closely with the H-1B specialty occupation standard. Positions requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific technical field are the most viable candidates for sponsorship consideration.
How do I find open H-1B sponsored jobs at KORE?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find verified H-1B sponsoring employers like KORE. You can filter by company and visa type to surface only roles where sponsorship is part of the hiring pattern. This saves you from applying to companies that claim openness to sponsorship but have no real track record to back it up.
How do I time my application to KORE around the H-1B lottery?
The H-1B cap registration window opens in March each year, with selections announced shortly after and an October 1 start date. To be included, KORE would need to register you during that window. Starting conversations with their recruiting team by January or February gives enough time for internal approvals, legal review, and petition preparation before the deadline.
How do I make a strong case for sponsorship when applying to KORE?
The most effective approach is demonstrating that your skills are specialized and directly relevant to KORE's technology platform. Employers are more willing to sponsor when the business case is clear. Articulate how your background in a specific technical domain, whether IoT systems, software architecture, or data engineering, addresses a gap they can't easily fill with domestic candidates.
