At Prosek Partners, the stories we tell impact the global economy. Prosek's Apprenticeship Program offers post graduate students the opportunity to launch their careers in the client services space. Our 6-month program is designed to train the next generation of client services professionals. In this program, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, partnering with the office of the CEO and supporting firm-wide operations.
Program Overview And Responsibilities
Office of the CEO:
- Provide basic day-to-day administrative and operational support to the team who works with the CEO, including coordinating schedules, meetings, and basic logistics
- Provide backfill when team members are out of office
- Support the preparation of materials for internal meetings
- Assist with internal coordination by helping gather information and communicate updates across Prosek, especially with the other Executive Assistants
- Provide general support on ad hoc tasks and small projects
Broader Office Operations:
- Support operations team on culture-building office functions (company virtual offsites, professional development offsites, happy hours, ad hoc culture events)
- Serve as primary back up to the Front Office Assistant welcoming all guests with warmth and professionalism
- Be cross trained on all office operations duties (registration, inventory, catering, meeting set ups etc.)
- In time, potentially support their own executive(s) with calendars, expenses, travel and time entry
- Adhoc tasks as requested
Internal Network and Support
We invest heavily into the growth and support for our Prosek Apprentices, pairing each Apprentice with a manager.
- Managers are responsible for identifying their Apprentice's strengths, areas for development and interests to ensure they're given the right tools to succeed.
- Mentors provide support to Apprentices as they acclimate to a new environment and corporate culture.
Experience And Qualifications
- Completed BS/BA degree by the start of the program.
- Strong interest in financial services, professional services, technology and B2B communications.
- Possess a team player mindset and willingness to work collaboratively
- Have strong time management organization and prioritization skills.
- Extreme attention to detail
Salary: $20.00/hour
