Overview: We’re seeking a Senior Vice President to join our growing team, with a focus on AI and technology. This is a hybrid leadership role that sits at the intersection of client work and internal firm innovation. Internally, this role will play a central part in advancing Prosek’s own AI capabilities. This individual will work closely with senior firm leadership, including IT, to embed AI into how we operate—from workflow optimization to content development and beyond. On the client side, this individual will lead strategic communications programs for companies across the AI, enterprise technology and technology investing ecosystem, serving as a senior counselor to C-level executives and helping drive high-impact, integrated campaigns. This is a unique opportunity for a senior leader who is equally energized by advising clients and building the future of how an agency runs in an AI era. This individual will help shape Prosek’s long-term evolution into a more AI-native firm, while mentoring teams and elevating the use of technology across the business. What you’ll be doing:
Business transformation
- Partner with senior leadership and IT to design and implement AI-driven solutions that improve internal workflows, productivity and output quality
- Drive the adoption of AI tools across the firm, including helping teams integrate AI into day-to-day account work and internal operations
- Serve as a hands-on resource to staff at all levels, educating teams on AI capabilities and supporting the development of custom GPTs and other tools tailored to client and internal needs
- Identify and pilot new AI applications across content creation, research, media engagement and analytics
- Play a leadership role in shaping Prosek’s long-term AI strategy, helping guide the firm’s evolution into a more AI-native organization
Client work
- Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients across AI and technology, with a deep understanding of their business, industry dynamics and competitive landscape
- Lead the development and execution of integrated communications programs, including media strategy, executive positioning and narrative development
- Leverage your knowledge of the tech and AI media landscape to deliver impactful, differentiated results for clients
- Drive new business efforts within the AI and technology space, including identifying opportunities, participating in pitches and helping grow a meaningful book of business
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering curiosity, innovation and high standards of execution
What makes you qualified:
- 12-20 years of experience in strategic communications
- Significant experience advising clients within the technology and AI ecosystem
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape, including practical applications of generative AI in a business or agency environment
- Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level across both client leadership and internal initiatives
- Experience implementing new tools, systems or workflows within an organization, with a focus on driving adoption and measurable impact
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of contributing to new business and growing client relationships
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Strong leadership presence with experience mentoring teams and working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, including operations and IT

The anticipated salary range for this position is $175,000-$220,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
