Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Delivery: Oversee a Project Manager and an external development team to ensure the platform launch stays on track against aggressive competitors.
- Technical Stewardship: Manage and further develop the modern stack (Django, React, PostgreSQL), ensuring critical thinking is applied to every architectural decision.
- In-Sourcing Leadership: Boldly lead the transition of technology and knowledge from the current 3rd-party vendor to the internal organization.
