Job Roles at Sportradar Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Sportradar Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles aligned with Sportradar's core tech stack
Sportradar's sponsorship activity concentrates in software engineering, data science, and platform development. Focus your application on roles that sit within their core product and technology teams, where H-1B sponsorship is most commonly extended.
Understand the H-1B specialty occupation requirement
Sportradar sponsors H-1B visas, which require a direct connection between your degree and the role. Positions in software development, data analytics, and sports technology integration are strong candidates. Make sure your application clearly demonstrates that degree-to-role alignment.
Apply early in the hiring cycle
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed by April for an October start. If you need cap sponsorship, Sportradar needs to hire you by March at the latest. Targeting Sportradar in Q4 of the prior year gives you the best chance of hitting this window.
Highlight experience with sports data or real-time systems
Sportradar operates at the technical edge of live data processing and sports analytics. Candidates with background in real-time data pipelines, betting platforms, or sports technology stand out against general software engineering applicants, strengthening both your hire and sponsorship case.
Search for open roles through a verified sponsorship platform
Not every Sportradar job listing flags sponsorship availability upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus only on roles where your visa situation won't disqualify you at the final stage.
Be transparent about your visa timeline during interviews
Sportradar's U.S. hiring involves coordinating with legal counsel on H-1B petitions. Clearly communicating your current status, work authorization expiry, and whether you need cap-subject sponsorship or a transfer helps their HR team plan the petition timeline around your start date.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Sportradar sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Sportradar sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles in the United States. Their U.S. sponsorship activity is concentrated in technology and software positions, consistent with their business as a sports data and analytics platform. If you're targeting Sportradar, focus on roles in engineering, data, and product where H-1B sponsorship is most commonly extended.
Which departments at Sportradar are most likely to offer visa sponsorship?
Sportradar's sponsorship is primarily driven by its technology division. Software engineers, data engineers, backend developers, and analytics professionals are the most common beneficiaries. Roles tied to their core product lines, including live data feeds, trading services, and media technology, tend to be where sponsored positions appear most frequently.
How do I find currently open sponsored roles at Sportradar?
The most reliable approach is to use a platform that tracks real sponsorship history rather than relying on job listing descriptions alone. Migrate Mate lets you browse Sportradar's open positions filtered by verified H-1B sponsorship data, so you can apply with confidence that sponsorship is genuinely on the table for the role you're targeting.
What is the typical H-1B application timeline when applying to Sportradar?
For cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, USCIS opens registration in March with an April 1 filing deadline for an October 1 start date. Sportradar would need to extend an offer and begin the petition process by late February or March at the latest. If you already hold H-1B status with another employer, a transfer can happen at any time without waiting for the annual cap window.
How do I strengthen my application for a sponsored role at Sportradar?
Beyond technical qualifications, demonstrating direct relevance to Sportradar's business gives your application an edge. Experience with real-time data systems, sports technology, media rights platforms, or betting infrastructure signals that you can contribute immediately. Clearly documenting your visa status and timeline early in the process also helps Sportradar's legal team move quickly if they decide to sponsor you.
