ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install and commission customer systems according to established procedures and quality standards
• Conduct preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance to maximize system reliability and performance
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues onsite while maintaining strict safety and compliance protocols
• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance their operations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong technical aptitude with a hands-on approach to solving equipment challenges
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate clearly in the field
• Adaptability and composure when managing unexpected issues or changing priorities

COMPENSATION

• For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
