Do you have experience managing supplier relationships and executing sourcing strategies that deliver strong business value? Join Marvin as a Senior Enterprise Commodity Agent and execute enterprise-wide commodity strategies that balance cost, quality, delivery, and innovation. In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day purchasing, ensuring Marvin’s supply base delivers the best total value across our product collections.

HIGHLIGHTS OF YOUR ROLE:
- Manage strategic supplier partnerships, including performance, development, and ongoing relationship management
- Lead contract management activities and support negotiation of key business terms with suppliers
- Execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Analyze supplier performance and provide recommendations to improve cost, quality, delivery, and overall value
- Maintain and manage the approved supplier panel by incorporating stakeholder feedback and performance data
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business needs and priorities
YOU'RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE (OR IF YOU CAN):
- A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, leadership, project management, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills including contract-related experience
- Ability to analyze inventory usage and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office products
- Purchasing process and systems knowledge
- Leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
