INTRODUCTION
Assist with all aspects of soybean & corn production, preparing the land for planting, starts in mid-March with planting occurring from April – May. June – August employees will participate in maintenance of the crops & farm harvesting in the fall months September – November. Grain hauling from remote locations continues after harvest in December as we store it for later usage as feed.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Equipment operated may include ATV, pickup, semi-truck, tractor or combine harvester.
- General farm labor includes building & repairing farm fencing, rock picking, light farm equipment operation (small tractor, skid loader) and weeding.
