Position Summary
The Provider Training & Onboarding Manager owns the onboarding experience for new LifeClinic chiropractors and is accountable for the consistency and effectiveness of the new doctor training program. This role facilitates a structured, multi-week immersion program delivered in cohorts of approximately six doctors, with primary ownership of the communication, sales-conversion, expectations, marketing, and clinic-operations curriculum.
The Manager coaches new doctors through the scripted patient-conversion system, leads role plays and live recording reviews, and certifies readiness against defined launch standards. This is a teaching and coaching role — not a clinical production seat. Measurement is on cohort outcomes and doctor launch readiness.
Chiropractic credentials are preferred but not required. If the hire is a Doctor of Chiropractic, this role will also facilitate examination and rehabilitation segments. If not, this role coordinates with clinical faculty to ensure those segments are delivered on schedule by qualified clinicians. What is non-negotiable is exceptional group facilitation, the ability to deliver direct and constructive feedback, and a demonstrated ability to turn a structured program into repeatable, measurable execution.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Facilitates and delivers the new provider onboarding curriculum — patient communication, scripted ROF and care plan presentations, sales conversion, marketing, and clinic operations. Leads role plays and live recording reviews. Coaches each doctor to the established conversion-script standard before independent launch. Uses Pitch Monster to monitor and review practice reps throughout the week.
- Tracks each new doctor against week-by-week success criteria and reports launch readiness to senior leadership. Identifies curriculum gaps and continuously refines the program in partnership with the VP, LifeClinic Operations. During off-weeks between cohorts, supports follow-up with doctors at their home clinics in coordination with LifeClinic Leads.
- Owns end-to-end program management: cohort scheduling, logistics, assignment tracking, and communication. Coordinates with clinical faculty so that hands-on examination and rehabilitation segments are delivered on schedule by qualified clinicians.
- Learns and trains new doctors on the back-office basics, including ChiroTouch (EHR) documentation and billing fundamentals, with support from the billing team.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience training, facilitating, or developing groups of adults (corporate training, sales enablement, learning and development, or education)
- 1–3 years in a sales, sales-enablement, or conversion-coaching environment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver live group facilitation and give direct, constructive feedback
Personality & Approach:
- Engaging, high-energy presence with the ability to motivate others in a group setting
- Comfortable holding people accountable and delivering corrective feedback directly and professionally
- Highly organized — able to track multiple doctors across multiple stages of the curriculum simultaneously
- Skilled at reading people and adapting tone; this role teaches communication and scripting, so modeling it is essential
Other:
- On-site availability at the Eagan, MN training site during active cohort weeks (Monday–Saturday)
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:
- None
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) credential — preferred but not required
- Background in any of the following: regional chiropractic management, clinic director, franchise operational trainer, provider educator, sales trainer, or learning & development leadership
- Prior experience building or iterating on structured onboarding or training programs
- Familiarity with ChiroTouch or similar EHR / practice management platforms
- Experience in a cash-based or high-conversion healthcare or sales environment
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is measured by the performance of the doctors you train — not by your own clinical volume. In the first 90 days, the expectation is to shadow Dr. J and Jacob Lesher through at least one full cohort, then take ownership of the following cohort independently.
Longer term, success means LifeClinic’s training program scales from every-other-month cohorts to monthly — consistently producing doctors who hit their month-6 revenue targets and require minimal post-launch remediation.
Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $78,000.00 (or applicable minimum salary, if higher) and pays up to $107,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
Benefits
All team members receive the following benefits while working for Life Time:
- A fully subsidized membership
