Indiana University Health Medical Group has an exciting career opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team-oriented Urgent Care Clinic in the West Region of Indiana.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Treating sick/injured patients in an outpatient, urgent care clinic
- Will practice at West Side Urgent Care, South Side Urgent Care, and occasionally the Monticello Walk-in Clinic
- Variety of patients from infant to senior citizens, simple illness/injuries to complex requiring transfer to hospital
- Procedures performed include I & D, laceration suture, cryotherapy, foreign body removal, lesion excision and biopsy, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years as an Advanced Provider required
- 3+ years’ experience in ED or Urgent Care as Advanced Provider preferred
- Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, interpersonal and planning skills
- Hard working, proactive and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
- Consistent and consecutive employment or training history
- Master's degree required
- Certified and IN License or eligible
- Committed to lifelong learning and open to change
