ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to SAP–Vertex
- Handle L1/L2/L3 support tickets related to SAP–Vertex integration
- Troubleshoot tax determination issues across Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Finance modules
- Analyze logs, RFC connectivity, and API calls between SAP and Vertex
- Ensure timely resolution as per SLA and document RCA
SALARY RANGE
- Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 a year
