ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support and enhance the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, growing organization. This role plays a critical part in refining processes, improving cross-functional coordination, and strengthening the systems that enable teams to work efficiently and at scale. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and comfortable bringing clarity to evolving situations. Success in this position means increasing visibility across operations, mitigating risks, and building scalable workflows across Ceremony of Roses’ global organization.
What you'll do:
- Build, document, and maintain standardized operating procedures. Partner with teams across COR and its affiliates to ensure processes are clearly defined and updated as operations scale.
- Support the ongoing optimization of Asana workflows, templates, and dashboards to improve visibility and cross-functional alignment. Lead Asana onboarding and training for new employees and provide ongoing guidance to ensure consistent adoption across teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, including documentation collection, internal approvals, and system setup to ensure vendors are properly established and payment ready.
- Assist with operational projects, technology implementations, and global process refinement initiatives by communicating timelines, tracking deliverables, and documenting progress, as set forth by leadership.
- Special projects: any tasks or project set forth by leadership, such as but not limited to, freight & inventory reconciliation, cost analysis, margin reporting, and global inventory transfers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Who you are:
- 2-3-year minimum experience in operations, supply chain, or production—preferably in apparel, consumer products, or music/entertainment.
- Experience with Asana or similar project/work management system.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting) and experience with ERP or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
- Comfortable with costing, COGS tracking, landed costs, and margin analysis; able to interpret data and identify operational or financial risks.
- Working knowledge of purchase orders, 3PL coordination, freight terms (CIP/DAP/FOB), inventory reconciliation, and fulfillment workflows.
- Strong ability to manage multiple launches, deadlines, and vendors simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear, professional communicator who can work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, proactively solving problems and keeping stakeholders aligned.

COMPENSATION
The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
