A highly respected mission-oriented investment organization is seeking an experienced Corporate / Investments Paralegal to join a small, sophisticated legal team supporting a complex investment portfolio.
This role is well-suited for a career paralegal with strong exposure to investment and transactional documentation, as well as corporate housekeeping and regulatory compliance, and a proven ability to manage workflows independently with efficiency and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate investment onboarding and subscription documents, including KYC, AML, and related compliance materials
- Manage document workflows from draft through execution, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and post-completion archiving
- Manage NDAs and various amendment requests using attorney-provided guidance
- Assist with compliance and capital markets workflows, and organize, maintain, and update associated records
- Maintain corporate and investment entity records
- Partner closely with attorneys and internal stakeholders to support investment operations
Ideal Background
- Experience as a corporate or investments paralegal
- Familiarity with subscription documents, KYC and AML documentation processes
- Experience with corporate housekeeping, such as board and shareholder resolutions
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable operating with a high level of responsibility in a fast-paced team environment
