This position is ideal for a strong operator who has taken on lead responsibilities, supports team training, and can independently manage a variety of production tasks.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform a variety of secondary/post-processing operations, including:
- Buffing and finishing
- Cleaning and passivation (chemical processes)
- Other production support tasks as needed
- Operate production equipment/machinery
- Multi-task across different processes and prioritize work effectively
- Maintain quality standards and follow established procedures
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Act as a resource to peers and help maintain workflow efficiency
- Assist in identifying process improvements and solving day-to-day production challenges
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Prior experience in a lead or informal leadership role preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform multiple production tasks with consistency and quality
- Experience with secondary operations (buffing, cleaning, passivation, etc.)
- Comfortable working with chemical processes and production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Willingness to support team training and development
