INTRODUCTION
Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring a Customer First Administrator for a temporary assignment in San Ramon, CA. This is a 6 month contract. The pay range for this role is between $25 - $30/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

What We’re Looking For
The Customer Service Operations team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated temporary associate to assist the regional customer first team with processing lemon law cases.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and disseminate lemon law acknowledgment letters
- Request repair orders and sales documents from Toyota dealerships
- Input repair history data and details in Sales Force / Guest Experience Platform (GEP)
- Distribute customer cases to appropriate regional personnel
- Assemble and order documents for Toyota HQ and Legal department
- Collaborate with dealer personnel, district managers, and field technical specialists
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of California Lemon Law requirements or previous legal background
- Previous automotive call center or customer relations experience
- Previous Toyota or Lexus experience
- Previous dealership experience
