- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including planning, execution, and optimization

- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage offer and onboarding processes
- Collaborate closely with business teams to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring analysis and improvement recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition required
- Experience independently managing recruitment processes or working as a recruiting lead is preferred
- Familiarity with U.S. recruitment practices and basic labor laws is a plus
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Strong communication, execution, and organizational skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
