ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- IBM BAW Development: Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and InfoMAP case management systems.
- IBM FileNet & Case Management: Develop and troubleshoot IBM FileNet Content Engine, document repositories, metadata management, IBM Case Manager, and IBM Content Navigator applications.
- Java/J2EE & API Integration: Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integrations across IBM BAW, FileNet, and enterprise systems.
- Kofax Capture & Document Processing: Support Kofax Capture, including document scanning, OCR, indexing, validation, batch processing, and FileNet integration.
- Troubleshooting & Modernization: Resolve complex application defects, workflow failures, integration issues, and performance problems while supporting application enhancements, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
- Azure DevOps & Deployment: Support TFS-to-Azure DevOps migration using Git, manage source code, work items, CI/CD pipelines, testing, deployments, production support, and technical documentation.
