Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Assist maintenance personnel across mechanical, electrical, civil, and other technical trades to support daily plant operations.
- Assembly, transport, and stage materials handling equipment as needed.
- Operate and monitor blending equipment to ensure proper mixing of ingredients following established formulas.
- Measure, weight, and add raw materials accurately according to batch specifications.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain product consistency and quality standards.
- Perform routine trade-related tasks such as pulling electrical wiring and lubrication of production equipment.
- Conduct in-process quality checks, including temperature, texture, and weight measurements.
- Assist with general site preparation activities such as drain cleaning, concrete work, partitioning, and shuttering erection.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with GMPs and food safety standards.
What Makes You The Right Fit
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (GMPs, HACCP) and ability to follow safety procedures.
- Ability to read and understand batch recipes, work instructions, diagrams, and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in weighing, measuring, and documenting production steps.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills and willingness to support maintenance tasks.
- Ability to use simple trade tools (pipe benders, spanners, glass cutters, etc.).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to work in varying temperature environments.

- Prior experience in food manufacturing, warehouse operations, or a similar production environment.
- Experience with forklift or PIT equipment (or certification).
- Familiarity with advanced food safety systems (GMP, HACCP, SQF, etc.).
