Pay Range
$102,100.00-$153,100.00 Annual
This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of system stability, scalability, and innovation—ensuring mission-critical SAP platforms support business operations without disruption. What You’ll Accomplish
Success in this role is defined by your ability to maintain a resilient SAP environment, proactively solve problems, and continuously optimize system performance.

Ensure always-on SAP system performance and reliability
Maintain uptime, stability, and responsiveness across a 24x7 SAP landscape, proactively identifying and resolving risks before they impact the business.

Strengthen system resilience and disaster readiness
Design, implement, and regularly test disaster recovery strategies to ensure rapid recovery and business continuity.

Drive performance optimization and system health
Leverage tools such as EarlyWatch reports, trend analysis, and system monitoring to identify inefficiencies and implement tuning improvements across SAP and OS environments.

Lead upgrades and technical enhancements
Execute SAP and database upgrades, system copies, and transports with minimal business disruption while improving system capability and performance.

Partner on SAP architecture and roadmap planning
Provide technical guidance on SAP system design and long-term scalability aligned with organizational goals.

Own incident, change, and problem management outcomes
Rapidly resolve issues using OSS and ticketing tools while improving root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Optimize operational processes and automation
Enhance job scheduling, system integration, and production control processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

Collaborate across teams to deliver business value
Work closely with functional teams, developers, and infrastructure partners to ensure SAP systems meet evolving business needs.

Provide critical on-call support
Ensure continuity of operations through responsive support, including after-hours as needed.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of SAP Basis administration experience, including installation, upgrades, and system maintenance
- Proven success managing complex SAP environments (ERP, BW/BW4HANA, and related systems)
- Demonstrated expertise across multiple SAP platforms (e.g., EP, SRM, SCM/APO, TM, PO, Solution Manager, MII)
- Strong experience in SAP ERP 6.0+ and BW/BW4HANA environments
- Deep technical knowledge of SAP architecture, performance tuning, and system operations
- Experience with Java and/or ABAP-based environments
- Working knowledge of supporting technologies (Linux/Unix, Oracle, BOBJ, Solution Manager, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-availability environment
- Effective communicator who can partner across technical and business teams
