Colorado State University and the Colorado System of Care Workforce Capacity Center in the School of Social Work is seeking experienced High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Coaches to provide training, coaching, and technical assistance to strengthen Wraparound practice for behavioral health professionals serving children, youth, and families with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Wraparound training, consultation, and coaching
- Support fidelity monitoring and quality implementation
- Provide CANS assessment training and technical assistance
- Use data to inform workforce development and sustainability strategies
- Collaborate with statewide partners and project leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of direct Wraparound experience
- Behavioral health coaching or workforce development experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and advanced assessment/training experience
