Position Summary:
Lead and manage field Supply Chain operations across multiple locations, including storerooms, delivery operations, and inventory management. Ensure effective execution of material flow, customer service, and supply chain integrity while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards. Serve as a regional leader supporting field operations, outage response, and storeroom readiness.
Minimum Requirements:
- Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day material operations, including storeroom performance, inventory practices, and logistics coordination. Ensure material availability for capital and O&M work plans, collaborating with field leadership and Sourcing teams.
- Team and Workforce Development: Supervise and develop a team of supervisors, union personnel, and logistics staff across multiple sites. Promote a culture of safety, performance accountability, and skill-building.
- Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for field operations, contractors, and engineering partners. Provide transparency into material readiness, storeroom metrics, and delivery status.
- Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Maintain compliance with SOX, FERC, and audit requirements. Lead improvement projects that enhance service, reduce cost, or improve inventory accuracy. Use data and metrics to monitor storeroom performance and implement standard processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience.
- 6 or more years of progressive experience in storeroom/logistics or supply chain operations.
- 3 or more years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP, inventory controls, and material planning processes.
- Demonstrated success supporting field operations and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to travel to various plants across the state of CO.
- Experience working with Bargaining Employees.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $97,600.00 to $138,600.00 per year.
