- Organize and maintain case files using document management systems such as iManage and PCLaw, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date
- Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather relevant information for case development
- Review medical records, police reports, and other pertinent documents for case relevance and accuracy
- Manage calendar deadlines for filings, court appearances, and client meetings to ensure timely compliance with procedural law requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and courts to facilitate case progress and resolve issues efficiently

- Proven experience supporting personal injury law cases with strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures
- Familiarity with legal administrative support tasks including filing, data entry, document review, and transcription
- Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis; experience with legal case management software like iManage or PCLaw is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
