ABOUT THE JOB
As the Americas Practice Lead, Financial Services for Google Cloud, you will drive the regional application and operationalization of the end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for the Financial Services Industry (FSI). You will be responsible for providing dedicated accountability for specific 'plays' within the region, implementing a tight feedback loop to inform the adjustments necessary to accelerate goal attainment.
In this role, you will partner with sub-regional Growth Leaders to lead the execution of these strategies in collaboration with sub-regional sales leadership. You will showcase leadership capabilities and judgment by crafting the application of the GTM plan and orchestrating the right execution model for Google Cloud’s objectives and the regional landscape. You will partner with key cross-functional stakeholders across GTM and Engineering to manage and iterate on the plan. Finally, you will recommend ways to adapt as the market and customer needs change.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $224,000-$315,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the cross-functional application of the regional Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) plan across stakeholder teams, including Enablement, Marketing, Partners, and Services.
- Collaborate with the Global Practice Lead and Regional GTM Practice Leader to refine strategy by incorporating regional performance insights.
- Drive measurable field engagement with GTM plays, monitoring adoption through enablement and progress toward financial goals.
- Track and analyze critical success metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insights to regional sales leaders and aligning with Global Practice Leads on necessary adjustments.
- Conduct quarterly and monthly business reviews for HCLS, reporting on GTM initiative progress and facilitating a continuous feedback loop to drive strategy iteration.
