Position Objective: Provide analytical, administrative, and operational support to program staff and leadership in support of mission activities. Assist with program coordination, documentation, reporting, and general program support functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and analytical support to program staff and leadership.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining program documentation, records, and reports.
- Support data tracking, reporting, and information management activities.
- Assist with coordination of meetings, schedules, and program communications.
- Conduct basic research and compile information to support program initiatives and decision-making.
- Assist with maintaining program files, records, and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Support process improvement activities and documentation development as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing program operations and special initiatives.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- Up to three (3) years of relevant professional experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting federal programs or government operations preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Proficiency with common office software applications.
