We are looking for a Technical Solution Management Specialist (TSM) - AI Evaluation, Research, and Technical Architecture Function to help establish the XIO AI Innovation Lab as a focused pre 0-to-1 research, validation, and handoff capability for CE&S AI innovation. This role is responsible for translating emerging AI signals, customer needs, Nebula/KM opportunities, and frontier technology patterns into validated research, reference architectures, evaluation plans, and Test Kitchen-ready Proof of Concept candidates.
The TSM will implement a unified framework for hypothesis-driven research, comprehensive evaluation, rigorous testing, safe experimentation, and reusable publication while working closely with portfolio, engineering, data science, business, governance, and prototyping teams.
This role will be pivotal in transforming how CE&S evaluates early AI opportunities by ensuring candidate solutions are researched, responsibly evaluated, technically grounded, and packaged for downstream prototyping or product engagement only when the evidence supports it. The TSM will work at the intersection of technology, business, research, and governance, driving innovation while safeguarding customer and employee experiences.

Entry Level AI Specialist Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level ai specialist job?
Entry level ai specialist employers look for demonstrated hands-on ability over years of experience. A portfolio of personal or academic projects, familiarity with Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and any internship or research experience will carry significant weight. Bootcamp graduates and self-taught candidates who can show working models or Kaggle competition results are competitive at this stage.
Which companies hire entry level ai specialists?
Companies hiring entry level ai specialists right now include Ramp, WilmerHale, and Highmark Health, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring at this level comes from a mix of large technology firms, AI-focused startups, and enterprise companies building out their first dedicated AI teams.
Are there remote entry level ai specialist jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and team. About 27% of entry level ai specialist openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, making this one of the more flexible fields for candidates who need location flexibility. On-site roles still exist, particularly at startups and companies that prefer in-person collaboration for early-career hires.
Are these new grad ai specialist jobs?
Yes, many of these postings are new grad roles that explicitly welcome recent graduates and junior candidates with little or no professional experience. A new grad-friendly posting typically lists zero to two years of experience as sufficient, accepts internships or academic projects in place of full-time work history, and values a strong portfolio over a lengthy resume. Junior and associate-level titles signal the same entry point.
Which industries hire the most entry level ai specialists?
Entry Level ai specialist roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Education, and Insurance, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026.
