Entry Level AI Strategy Lead Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level ai strategy lead job?
Entry level ai strategy lead employers look for candidates who can demonstrate applied AI knowledge, even through coursework, personal projects, or internships. A portfolio showing how you have used AI tools to solve a business or strategy problem gives you a concrete edge. Familiarity with frameworks like prompt engineering, data literacy, or AI roadmapping is increasingly valued, and candidates who can communicate AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders stand out at this stage.
Which companies hire entry level ai strategy leads?
Companies hiring entry level ai strategy leads right now include WilmerHale, Highmark Health, and SLB, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring at this level comes from a mix of technology firms, consulting practices, and large enterprises that are building out dedicated AI strategy functions and actively recruiting early-career talent to support those teams.
Are there remote entry level ai strategy lead jobs?
Yes, though on-site and hybrid roles remain common at this level. About 10% of entry level ai strategy lead openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, so candidates without geographic flexibility still have real options. Checking listings regularly gives you the best view of what is currently available across different work settings.
Are these new grad ai strategy lead jobs?
Yes, these listings include new grad, recent graduate, and junior ai strategy lead roles. A posting is generally new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, accepts internships or project work in place of full-time history, or explicitly invites candidates who are early in their careers. If you are a new grad applying for the first time, prioritize roles that list a degree and demonstrated interest in AI rather than requiring years of professional experience.
