Job Overview
Dothan Volkswagen is a growing, customer-focused dealership committed to delivering exceptional service and high-quality workmanship. We are looking for an entry level Automotive Technician to join our service team. If you are passionate about automotive repair, enjoy working in a team environment, and take pride in doing the job right the first time, we want to hear from you. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles according to manufacturer standards
- Conduct routine services including oil changes, tire rotations, mounting and balancing tires, brake inspections, and fluid checks
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an automotive technician (dealership experience preferred)
- ASE certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
