ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Clinical Excellence: You will implement, monitor, and adapt personalized care plans, acting as the primary advocate for your patients by communicating critical condition changes in real-time.
- Care Orchestration: Serving as the central hub of the clinical team, you’ll harmonize efforts across multiple disciplines to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated healthcare journey.
- Precision & Action: You’ll expertly translate physician and nursing orders into high-quality clinical actions, ensuring safety and accuracy are at the forefront of everything you do.
- Transition Advocacy: Your expertise will guide patients beyond our walls as you collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate thoughtful, comprehensive discharge plans.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
