Overview
At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Property and Casualty licensed Senior Client Service Associate to join our team in Reno, NV. In this role, you’ll help clients solve challenges and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You’ll work closely with colleagues to ensure every client interaction is meaningful and impactful. How you'll make an impact
You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met. From helping with renewals to processing certificates of insurance, you’ll handle important tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll also collaborate with team members to improve workflows, nurture client relationships, and maintain accurate data. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality results and meeting compliance standards.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Welcome onsite-visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Maintains lobby appearance.
- Answers incoming phone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards call to appropriate personnel. Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Sorts and routes incoming mail, either paper or electronic, to the appropriate personnel. Processes outgoing mail including UPS/FedEx packages.
- Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies including business cards and specialty printed materials.
- Performs clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and maintaining data.
- Contribute to the renewal process by delivering timely and high-quality solutions to support client retention and satisfaction.
- Process certificates of insurance and ensure all client and policy data is up-to-date in Gallagher’s systems.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and service standards.
- Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1+ years relevant work experience.
- Active Nevada Property and Casualty license OR willingness to obtain the license within 60 days, with our support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A desire to build relationships and deliver results.
- Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
- A collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.
Preferred qualifications:
- An Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training.
- Experience in managing client relationships.
