Pay
$35–$45 per hour, based on role and experience

The Roles: HVAC Service Technician
We're building out our Service department and are looking to add a qualified tech to the team
bring your years of hands-on experience. You'll work independently on residential service and maintenance, backed by a team and company that invests in your growth.
This isn't a temp fix or a revolving door. We're growing fast, and we want people who want to build something with us.
Responsibilities
You'll service, diagnose repair and maintain residential HVAC systems
Leads troubleshooting efforts and repairs for HVAC systems.
Provide leadership to Junior tech HVAC technicians in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of residential air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
Be knowledgeable on Furnaces, Air Handlers, Ductless Systems, Boilers,Hydronics. Heat pumps
What We're Looking For
Residential HVAC Service experience
Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
Proficiency with hand and power tools of the trade
Clean, safe driving record
Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
Customer-first mindset — empathy and professionalism matter here
Self-motivated, reliable, and ready to take initiative
Competitive drive balanced with a genuine love of winning as a team
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, twist, stretch, and reach for extended periods
