- Serve as Program Manager (PgM) for CBS Programs and initiatives
- Provide overall program governance, leadership, and execution oversight
- Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams within the CBS portfolio
- Establish and maintain program plans, milestones, and performance tracking
- Monitor program scope, schedule, budget, and delivery performance
- Facilitate executive-level governance meetings and program reviews
- Manage stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies
- Ensure alignment between program execution and organizational objectives
- Support strategic planning and decision-making for CBS initiatives
- Oversee reporting, dashboards, and program performance metrics
- Maintain program documentation and governance artifacts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to successfully pass a federal government background investigation
- 7+ years of program or portfolio management experience
- Experience managing complex, multi-project programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to oversee enterprise-level initiatives
- PMP or PgMP certification
- Experience with federal or large-scale program environments
- Experience leading governance structures and PMO frameworks
- Strong background in program controls and performance reporting
