- The Role: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage language development, social skills, and motor coordination.
- The Focus: Navigating the transition from "baby" to "big kid"—you’ll be the guide for first friendships, sensory exploration, and those critical "I can do it myself!" moments.
- The Environment: Maintaining a safe, organized, and joyful classroom where learning happens through play and exploration.
What We Need From You (Minimum Requirements):
- Fingerprint Clearance: Must possess a current, valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Experience (Lead): At least 1 year of experience working specifically with toddlers (ages 1–3) in a licensed ECE facility.
- Experience (Assistant/Floater): At least 6 months of experience in a licensed ECE facility.
- Reliability: A consistent track record of attendance and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Physicality: The ability to keep up with active toddlers—expect plenty of bending, lifting, and floor-level play!
Ideal Requirements (Preferred, not Required):
- 12 or more post-high school college units in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
- A current CDA (Child Development Associate) or a higher degree in the field.
