Training Pay: $16 - $18 (Based on Experience)
Salary Range: $36k-55k First Year Potential - Based on Performance
Schedule: M - F with occasional Saturdays and Sundays (due to weather/other delays)

As a member of ABC’s Lawn Maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining beautiful landscapes for our customers. Your work will enhance the appearance of lawns and gardens, ensuring our clients enjoy lush, well-manicured outdoor spaces. This individual is cooperative - willing to learn and apply specialized technical knowledge to help maintain the customers’ lawn and outdoor space with professionalism and excellent customer service.

- Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application.
- Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time.
- Ability to deliver quality work on a consistent basis.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and maintain good composure.
- Experience working with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines of your service route.
- Dependable and self-motivated with a desire to work year-round.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
Seasonal Responsibilities: In addition to lawn maintenance duties, employees will perform Holiday Lights installation during the slower season. This work requires climbing ladders up to 20–30 feet, working on pitched roofs, and being comfortable working at heights. ABC Home & Commercial Services provides fall-restraint training and all required safety equipment. Experience working on ladders, roofs, trees, or aerial lifts is preferred, but not required.

What You'll Do:
- Ensure mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleaning beds, and all other lawn maintenance work is done in a professional manner.
- Prepare equipment and supplies needed for the workday, i.e., trash bags, brooms, rakes, lawn tools, ice, etc., and load them in the truck and trailer.
- Learn and use all equipment efficiently and safely as directed by the Crew Leader.
- Become familiar with customers’ expectations and service contracts.
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors.
