Your Impact
The Manager, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning will lead building Accelevation's recruitment function while serving as a strategic partner in workforce planning and business growth. In this role, you will oversee recruiting operations, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure we attract, hire, and retain the talent needed to support our continued expansion. You will partner with leaders across the business to anticipate future workforce needs, align recruiting capacity with hiring priorities, and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters.
- Oversee day-to-day recruiting operations across corporate, manufacturing, field, and technical roles.
- Align recruiting priorities and team capacity with business needs.
- Drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Workforce Planning & Business Partnership
- Partner with leaders to forecast talent needs and develop workforce plans.
- Translate growth plans into hiring strategies and recruiting priorities.
- Identify workforce risks, talent gaps, and future hiring needs.
- Support annual headcount planning and organizational growth initiatives.
- Recruiting Operations & Technology
- Own recruiting processes, workflows, and day-to-day hiring execution.
- Serve as business owner for the ATS and talent acquisition technology.
- Partner with HRIS and People Operations to optimize systems, reporting, and automation.
- Use recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and forecasting.
- Talent Selection & Culture Stewardship
- Ensure Accelevation consistently hires individuals who embody our “Builder” mentality; team members who continuously seek better ways to work, embrace new challenges and uncharted opportunities, drive meaningful change through innovation and efficiency, and leave every process, team, and outcome better than they found it.
- Coach hiring managers on assessing both capability and cultural alignment.
- Implement selection practices that improve quality of hire and retention.
- Help preserve and strengthen Accelevation's culture as we scale.
- Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience
- Design and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
- Drive responsive communication, transparency, and partnership.
- Recruiting performance metrics on hiring progress, team productivity, funnel health, and workforce plan alignment
- Hiring plans aligned to business growth, workforce demand, hiring manager priorities, and recruiter capacity
- Workforce planning inputs, capacity forecasts, and talent risk insights for HR and business leaders
- Recruiter development plans that strengthen capability, accountability, and execution
- Recruiting process improvements that increase speed, consistency, compliance, and scalability
- Improved hiring manager satisfaction through proactive communication, clear expectations, and reliable delivery
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition operations in a high-growth environment
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience, including direct management of recruiters
- Experience designing and/or executing on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, hiring plans, or talent capacity planning
- Experience hiring across a mix of corporate, manufacturing, field, or technical roles
- Strong ability to prioritize requisitions, manage recruiter capacity, and execute against hiring plans tied to business priorities
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on intake, calibration, workforce needs, hiring decisions, and issue resolution
- Comfortable using recruiting metrics, dashboards, workforce trends, and hiring data to drive decisions and improve performance
- Experience improving recruiting workflows, ATS utilization, compliance practices, and candidate experience
- Ability to build team accountability, coach performance, and develop recruiting capabilities
