- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment
- Execute major equipment repairs and operate machine tools as needed
- Coach and mentor junior technicians to build team capability
- Champion safety procedures and quality standards on every job
Equipment you’ll support
- Injection molding machines: HPM, Van Dorn, Niigata, Krause, Cincinnati
- Blow mold extrusion machines
- Packaging machinery
- Cooling systems
- Powder coat systems
Shift schedule
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (6 days per week)
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (6 days per week)
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (6 days per week)
What you bring
- 5+ years in industrial equipment maintenance with strong hydraulics experience
- Hands-on skill across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Background with injection or blow molding equipment (preferred)
- Comfort with microprocessor-controlled machinery
- Clear communicator with a proactive, ownership mindset
- Proficiency in hydraulics
