Part Time Behavior Technician (BT) – ABA Therapy
Flexible After School Hours | $22–$32 per hour
Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their home environment.
ABS was founded in 2015 by BCBAs and LCSWs and has spent the past decade helping children build communication, independence, and confidence through evidence based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
If you enjoy working with children and want meaningful hands on experience in psychology, education, or behavioral health, this is a great opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Work one on one with a child in their home
- Implement ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
- Help children improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills
- Track progress and complete session notes
- Build positive relationships with families and supervisors
What We Offer
- $22 – $32 per hour depending on experience
- Flexible part time schedules (after school & weekends)

Mon, Tues, Thurs: 4:15 PM – 7:00 PM
Wed: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Sat: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Case 4
Mon, Thurs: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Case 5
Mon – Fri: 5:15 PM – 7:30 PM
